Automated External Defibrillators are used to administer an electric shock and restore the heart’s normal rhythm, playing a key part in saving a life. 90% of sudden cardiac arrest victims survive when treated with an AED during the first 3 minutes. Community Ambulance has worked with local schools and businesses to help place extra AEDs around it’s communities to help increase the chances of survival of it’s residents.
