Community Safety Surge

Community Safety Surge is an annual program developed to reward positive safe behavior in children and provide free safety equipment. Ambulances and Police cars drive around designated towns. If a child is seen on a bike/skateboard/roller-blades and is wearing safety gear or doing a good deed they will be handed a voucher for free ice cream. If the child is observed not wearing safety gear they will be handed a certificate for a free bike helmet with safety educational material.
